Since 1956, Arby Construction has grown from a small telephone contractor to one of the leaders in the underground construction industry currently servicing clients in numerous states with a workforce in excess of 650 people. Our corporate facilities are located on a 30 acre parcel that includes three buildings in excess of 40,000 square feet that houses our fleet and maintenance center, fabrication shop, warehouse, training classroom and administrative offices. Our large facilities allow us to warehouse clients' materials, test new technology and conduct seminars and training. The company has enjoyed a managed growth that has enabled it to provide reliable services to each area we expand to. Each area has a Field Manager assigned to work with the client to ensure quality work is performed on the schedule established by the client. We employ a full-time Safety and Operator Qualification Director, an Assistant Safety Director, Risk Manager, Electric Trainer, Controller, Department of Transportation Administrator and Claims Administrator to offer our clients a variety of timely and expedited services to ensure a better and more efficient working relationship. Of February 24, 2000 we joined Quanta Services, Inc. of Houston, Texas. Quanta is a publicly traded corporation listed on the New York Stock Exchange as ticker symbol PWR and revenues in 2003 of $1.6 billion dollars. With the assistance of our sister companies we can now offer end to end network solutions for gas and electric power, telecommunications and cable industries.
