LBG was selected as General Contractor for this $4,000,000. project to convert apartments and common areas of this existing 9-story elderly housing complex, originally built in 1970. This HUD financed project was completed in phases in order to allow this fully occupied facility to remain in operation.
Apartments were fully renovated to upgrade the building to current ADA standards, as well as updates in the kitchen, dining, store, craft room, salon, library, and laundry area. All common areas were upgraded for accessibility and new technology. All work was done per HUD specifications.
