For over 20 years, Gidel & Kocal Construction Company has provided quality management of construction project needs for commercial property and facility managers throughout northern California, Washington, Oregon, Texas, and Mexico. As a very owner-involved company, we closely monitor project schedules and costs.
Our strong subcontractor base allows us to accommodate a wide variety of construction requirements throughout the country. On projects as diverse as ground-up construction of auto dealerships, R&D cleanroom fabrication, retail or office tenant improvements, Gidel & Kocal has a reputation for bringing projects in on budget, on schedule, with quality craftsmanship and service.
As members of BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association), IFMA (International Facility Management Association), and ABC (Associated Builders and Contractors), our staff keeps current on industry product information and building requirements. In addition to keeping our staff up to date, both of us have instructed BOMA RPA classes and workshops on construction issues for commercial property professionals.
