Coast and Harbors business is exclusively assisting public and private owners to manage the design and construction of their facilities. Providing high quality services is our top priority. We select our personnel carefully and assign them to projects where they are particularly well qualified to assist owners with their specific projects. We support our personnel with whatever resources they need to perform effectively.
Our approach to project management has been developed through our experience of over 20 years of providing services on projects as small as $500,000 and as large as $3.5 billion. There is a "Coast and Harbor way" of managing projects. Our personnel are pro-active, thorough and detail oriented, with strong communication and organizational skills. They share a focus on protecting the owners scope, budget, and schedule.
When needed, we supplement our full time staff with highly experienced subconsultants carefully chosen to meet the needs of the particular project. Coast and Harbor has extensive experience identifying, selecting, and managing subconsultants in a wide range of disciplines related to the design and construction of all types of facilities.
Coast and Harbor works hard at being "user friendly." We start by negotiating reasonable service and business terms with our clients. We are highly responsive to any client concerns. We do not "nickel and dime" our clients.
