With its headquarters' office located in Santa Clara County and a branch office in Monterey, SJC has the management and construction capabilities to run projects throughout Northern California.
The company is experienced in all areas of commercial general contracting, including new and rehabilitated concrete, steelframe, and woodframe shell buildings, and general and specialized office, lab and manufacturing interior improvements. SJC actively participates in negotiated design/build projects, as well as in competitively bid plans and spec projects.
