During the Pre-Construction phase of a project Brodson's services include budget estimating (including the creation of conceptual estimates for conceptual plans), project schedules, value engineering, construction phasing plans and constructability assessments. As a licensed General Contractor in multiple states, Brodson also offers Construction Management Services when clients require the need for expertise in owner/ sub-contractor/vendor negotiations, budget tracking, purchasing review, verifying field conditions and overall job-site management areas. Design-build services are also a core competency of the staff at Brodson and fall into their Construction Management Division. The staff can easily oversee an entire project, including initiating the conceptual design, coordinating the Architectural drawings (sub-contractor bid and permit packages), permitting the project and overseeing product selections and material specifications.
