Chiaramonte Construction Company (CCC), founded in September of 2004 and based in Washington, DC, is a Woman-Owned Business and a Certified Business Enterprise (CBE) specializing in new construction and remodeling of commercial and government buildings in the District of Columbia. Our expertise is in wall framing, drywall, ceilings, rough-carpentry such as doors/frames/hardware, masonry, and concrete. CCC also services the construction industry by providing general construction, construction management, and procurement services.
CCC is owned and operated by Quynh-Tram Chiaramonte, President, and Frank Chiaramonte, Vice President. Tram manages the day-to-day activities of the construction business, while Frank Chiaramonte manages the day-to-day field operations. Both officers of the corporation have worked for extended periods of time in construction and administrative fields prior to forming CCC. Tram Chiaramonte has fifteen years of administrative and management experience developed at the National Institutes of Health and Frank Chiaramonte has twenty two years of construction experience developed at Turner Construction. Together they form a solid team that focuses their interest, attention, and energy on complete customer satisfaction.
Some of our recent projects are as follows: DC School Modernization(renovate and modernize 50 Schools), Two Rivers Public Charter School, Wheeler Terrace Apt. Complex, Wisconsin Place Apts, Various Tennant Fitouts including Medtronics, General Dynamics, AT&T Pop Spaces, Ventera, renovations to Greater South East Hospital, RFK Stadium, Time-Warner, Department of Energy, German Television, A.M. Briggs Corporation, Sibley Hospital, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), McGraw Hill, CBRE, Catholic Relief Headquarters, and under a subcontract with Turner Construction Co., has received the award of excellence for its work on the Catholic Relief Headquarters, and SEC, both of which are LEED certified.
