Hales & Warner Construction, Inc. was incorporated in January 1986 with Cliff Hales and Joel Warner as partners. Prior to forming the company, Cliff and Joel were independent contractors operating their own, successful general contracting companies. They had the opportunity of working together on several projects where they developed a relationship of mutual respect, trust, and a team oriented atmosphere.
Hales & Warner Construction today has completed nearly thirty Construction Management projects and hundreds of low bid projects, valued at over two hundred million dollars. Those same core values that our company was founded on, direct our business today with the relationships we have with each of our clients.
