Ayuda Management Corporation (Ayuda) is an 8(a) women- and minority-owned small business focused on providing premier services to a select client base in the areas of General Contracting/Construction Management, Construction Defect Repair, Homeland Defense Consulting/Security System Design and Installation, Environmental Consulting, and Staff Augmentation.
Ayuda was founded by Maria Vogt, President and CEO, in 2002. In May 2006, Ayuda obtained 8(a) status. Sonya Yungeberg joined Ayuda in 2006 as Executive Vice President and co-owner. Ayuda's growth has been phenomenal, with revenue growing from $290,000 in FY 2006 to $3 Million in FY 2007 to $15 M in FY 2008. Revenue for FY 2009 is on target to meet the $25 M plan. Ayuda currently supports 27 employees and 5 full time consultants.
