Ayuda was founded by Maria Vogt, President and CEO, in 2002. In May 2006, Ayuda obtained 8(a) status. Sonya Yungeberg joined Ayuda in 2006 as Executive Vice President and co-owner. Ayuda's growth has been phenomenal, with revenue growing from $290,000 in FY 2006 to $3 Million in FY 2007 to $15 M in FY 2008. Revenue for FY 2009 is on target to meet the $25 M plan. Ayuda currently supports 27 employees and 5 full time consultants.
