Performance Construction Services (PCS) was established to offer our clients the option to have us perform certain disciplines of work with our in-house construction trades. This dimension affords us the ability to take responsibility for significant activities, such as concrete, carpentry and installation of specialty items on our projects. Although the advantages of having this capacity are numerous, the primary benefit is our ability to better control and more readily develop schedule momentum. This is a result of having our construction trades on-site to actively interact and coordinate with other trade contractors. Many construction companies do not possess this capability and pass all responsibility for trade construction on to other subcontracting entities.
