Mark is a graduate of Temple University with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil and Construction Engineering. Increasing referrals and demand for his services led him to form Neill Contracting, Inc. in 1989. Mark has brought together a team of experienced and accomplished craftsmen with backgrounds and skill sets as diverse as their talent. Each of Mark's work crews is headed by a Lead Carpenter with at least 20-25 years of professional experience in home remodeling and project management.
