Founded in 1994, it was nominated as one of the 10 emerging companies in 2000 by the Houston Minority Business Council. ASD also has a major practice in the areas of feasibilities studies, management, cost estimating, and environmental. ASD is proud to be one of the few firms that focuses on providing these services to small, medium and large markets (See our project resume). ASD has taken the experience and technologies normally afforded the large and super large projects and brought it to the low and lower medium market projects. ASD believes that the size of a project does not minimize the exposure of the owner, therefore every project should have the same level of management and expertise afforded the larger projects.
