Our public sector clients include US government agencies such as the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), the US Agency for International Development (USAID), and the US Department of State's Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO). We offer our clients a wide array of land-based and marine construction capabilities, including transportation infrastructure, and buildings and facilities of all types and sizes. Our History AICI was established in 1974, initially operating under the name of the George A. Fuller Company and then changing its name in 1989. We are headquartered in Arlington, Virginia with an international operations office in Cairo, Egypt. AICI also draws upon the significant resources of its parent company, Archirodon NV. Archirodon NV is a globally-recognized leader in the marine and heavy construction industry with a significant presence in the Middle East. (AICI-SP) was established in 2005 by its parent, AICI, to design-build international facilities requiring special security features for the US government.
