Pazdan-Smith Group offers full-scale Master Planning and Facilities Studies, allowing a client to develop their site over several years. Since 1993, our firm has served in this capacity for St. Mary//s Catholic Church and School in Greenville, providing planning services, and designing renovations as well as new construction. As the Church has purchased additional property and buildings, we have worked closely with the Parishioners and Building Committees to provide direction for the development of their site over the next several years. Work includes the Parish Activities Building, Monsignor Baum Recreation Center, Gallivan Hall Renovation, Ball Field and Parking Lot Expansion, and Sanctuary Renovations.
