Based in Everett the firm was founded by native Washingtonian Reid Shockey, AICP. It was his belief that the region was on the cusp of significant growth as we moved toward a new millennium and the need to plan for the future was great. Having raised his family in Everett, Reid remains dedicated and active in the pursuit of a quality community and participates in many civic and economic organizations to promote livability of the region.
