We work on projects of all sizes and types, from steel framed skyscrapers to wood framed houses.We specialize in the investigation and evaluation of building failures especially as they relate to water intrusion through waterproofing membranes, curtain walls, window systems, roofs, wall claddings, and building joints. We conduct investigations into building failures and develop remedial design solutions to correct the failures. We develop full working drawings and specifications in house, and we administer the contract in the field during construction.We are frequently asked to participate in the design and construction of projects as the waterproofing consultant. In this role we have worked directly for the Architect, Developer, General Contractor, and Owner. We enjoy developing sound, financially sensitive solutions to difficult waterproofing problems. Our staff regularly attends seminars and conferences related to waterproofing design and materials.We offer full architectural design services from initial schematic design through construction administration.We offer structural engineering solutions including structural retrofit, seismic upgrades, structural design for new construction, and remedial structural design to address failures or deficiencies.
