The Company was founded in 1968 as a land surveying business by Jerry L. Wilcox, RLS to perform land surveying and mapping services in Manton, Michigan. In 1969, a standing working agreement was made with John E. Hiltz & Associates, Inc. of Detroit, Michigan, (currently Orchard, Hiltz & McCliment, Inc. of Livonia, Michigan) to expand our scope of services and provide Northern Michigan with engineering design, specifications and contract administration of a large scale under local coordination and personal contact.
