Estimates and projections are accepted as fact, and Crouch is on the short list of engineering consultants recommended by Departments of Transportation in most of the 40 states where we are licensed.Harvey Crouch, P.E., founder and president, is a 1982 graduate from Tennessee Technological University with a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering. In 1989 he received a M.S. in Environmental Engineering. Prior to founding Crouch Engineering in 1991, Harvey served with Southern Railway/Norfolk Southern in Industrial Development, and as a construction engineer and track supervisor.Crouch Engineering Microstation and AutoCAD computer aided design tools and is fully equipped with the latest GPS, total station and laser-based surveying equipment.
