After working for two well-known and respected consulting engineering firms, she has created her own company to provide clients with personal service and creative design. Reinaman specializes in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling of storm drain and stormwater management systems. Other areas of expertise include erosion & sediment pollution control, NPDES permitting and general permitting. With experience in Bucks, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lehigh and York Counties, Reinaman has experience dealing with the county conservation districts and municipalities.Larry Winey serves as senior project manager of the firms' water resources department. He is responsible for management of hydrology and hydraulic services required for bridge, culvert and pipe replacement projects for transportation infrastructure projects.With more than 35 years of experience, Winey manages field investigations and engineering surveys; supervises hydrological analyses to determine flood discharges and hydrographs, provides oversight on computing hydraulic capacity of existing and proposed channels, culverts, pipes and bridges; supervises the determination of water surface elevation profiles and flood limits and damages; coordinates design type, size, and location of improvements; oversees plan preparation, cross sections, and profiles; aids in computing construction quantities and costs, and implements quality control procedures.
