developers and public agencies. Paul received his B.S. in
Civil Engineering from the University of Salford, England
and a M. S. in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Water
Resources from Arizona State University.He has completed a wide range of engineering projects with
particular emphasis on property investigation, site plan development,
site master planning, grading plan preparation, hydrologic
and hydraulic modeling and studies, and design of drainage
and flood control facilities.Thomas Ryan has
over 18 years of experience within the Phoenix metro area. He
has a B.S. in Mining Reclamation from the University of Wisconsin,
