We have provided planning, design, permitting, and construction inspection services to public and private sector clients in the North Florida region since 1988. We are a recognized leader in the site development field and have considerable experience and expertise in infrastructure design and stormwater management master planning and permitting. Our professional and technical staff totals more than 50 full-time engineers, surveyors, technicians, and support personnel. Many of these individuals have more than 20 years of experience in engineering, land surveying, and computer aided-engineering design. Our technicians are all highly experienced with AutoCAD, including Release 2004, and routinely use computer aided design capabilities of Land Development Desktop. Our computer technician staff members are proficient using ARCVIEW for retrieving and manipulating GIS data from various sources. Causseaux, Hewett, & Walpole, Inc. clients have included private developers, county and city governments, state and federal agencies, and industries. We are thoroughly familiar with engineering design requirements of several federal funding agencies through having provided site planning, design, and permitting services for more than 75 federally funded housing and community development projects. We have designed and permitted numerous projects throughout the region and have worked extensively with staff of the Suwannee River- , St. Johns River- , and Southwest Florida Water Management Districts. We have obtained drinking water distribution and domestic wastewater collection system permits from five district offices of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. We have obtained driveway and drainage connection permits from four districts of the Florida Department of Transportation.
