QORE Property Sciences is an employee-owned consulting firm offering a wide range of services in geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing and environmental and facilities consulting. The organization has several hundred geologists, hydrologists, and engineers in nine states to apply engineering, science and common sense to help clients identify and/or mitigate the risk associated with the acquisition, development and management of real property. QORE started out in 1969 as Atlanta Testing & Engineering. In 1998, AT&E merged with Alabama-based Ground Engineering. At that point, the name QORE was created to unify our 500 professionals working in offices in eight Southeastern states. We utilize the term "property sciences" to reflect our range of expertise about property-related issues. Our professionals include geotechnical and environmental engineers, biologists and ecologists, geologists and hydrogeologists, and a host of other specialty areas.
