Company Description:
Lanier and Associates is a multi-disciplined firm specializing in industrial, marine and environmental work with civil, structural, mechanical, process, electrical, instrumentation and environmental engineers on staff. We offer field services such as topographic/hydrographic surveying, construction management and marine surveys. Our principal clients over the years have been the major oil and chemical companies and liquid and bulk terminaling companies as well as Port Authorities. We are considered specialists and experts in all facets of marine terminal design and construction including liquids, dry bulk, grain, and general cargo. Although we have done work all over the U. S., our main area has been the Midwest and Southeastern U.S. primarily along the Gulf Coast and the industrial waterway corridor feeding this area. Emphasis on western hemisphere work in the past few years has yielded projects from Nova Scotia to Argentina.
The quality that sets us apart from most firms is that our principals and engineers all have strong construction backgrounds which results in common sense, economical solutions to problems.
Present out of the country work includes marine dock modifications and facility engineering for Statia Terminals in St. Eustatius, Netherland Antilles. We are also providing services to clients in Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Venezuela, Trinidad, Guyana, Canada and Thailand. We have clearly done more of this type of work in the past 20 years than any firm in Texas or Louisiana. Along the way we have developed experience and technology that yields economical, cost efficient facilities.
Our engineers are ready to work on your future projects. Please contact us if we can be of service to you.
