Stronghold Engineering, Inc. was established in 1991 when Scott and Beverly Bailey had the self-propelling vision and unwavering commitment to start a different kind of construction company - one based on the belief that quality should take precedence over any other project goal and, when achieved, everything else would fall in line.
On October 1, 1991, the company (then called Stronghold Electric) was founded, and what began as a small home-based business has blossomed into a full-fledged general, civil, and electrical design-build construction company. The first three years, Stronghold Electric focused on small, mainly electrical contracts that helped the company practice procedures and set the stage for further growth. Stronghold began prime contracting in 1994 and constructed diverse projects from multiple government agencies such as the US Army Corps of Engineers, the US Department of the Navy, and the Department of Veterans Affairs, among many others.
Stronghold has a proven track record of solid fiscal management. The company operates from branch offices in California, Arizona, Hawaii and internationally.
At the heart of Stronghold's purpose is a strong sense of faith that centers the company goals and missions on the meaningful and lasting success that comes from diligence, ethical standards, and high moral conduct.
