What Sets Us Apart
Project Management, Follow-Through and Uncompromising Attention To Detail

A large part of christopher consultants' client satisfaction is due to our project management organization structure. Under this concept, a Project Manager is assigned to manage a project from inception through construction, rather than having the project pass from one section or department to another as is typical in many other firms.

The Project Manager maintains continuity and has direct responsibility to track each project throughout the process to ensure client schedules and cost goals are met. Clients benefit from dealing with one individual who is knowledgeable in all facets of the project and can be responsive in an integrated and comprehensive manner to any change or problem which might arise. Cooperation between project teams allows the Project Manager to retain control of projects of any size, scope or urgency.
