The founder and principal driving force behind the company, Mr. Anthony (Tony) Mikec, has more than forty years experience in the electrical construction industry. Lighthouse is a family owned corporation. When Mr. Mikec formed the company, he was joined by his three sons, Mark, Neil, and Todd, who along with their years of experience in electrical construction, brought enthusiasm for the business.
