Blackwater Electric Company, Inc. was formed in 1993 by Kimberly and David Hart for the purpose of providing industrial and commercial customers with full-service, licensed electrical contracting services. Through hard work and an unyielding commitment to providing first-class products and services to our customers, Blackwater Electric has grown from a home-based operation in the Blackwater borough of Virginia Beach, Virginia to our corporate offices in the Greenbrier borough of Chesapeake, Virginia where we now employ more than eighty (80) full-time employees.
