Because we focus specifically on civil electrical infrastructure, our Estimating Department is highly skilled at pricing complex projects. The large, unique projects we bid often involve multiple aspects of electrical work including high/medium voltage power transmission, electrical distribution, control, lighting, fiber optics, signals, systems, and civil installations.
Our estimators take into consideration client specifications, engineering specifications, timelines and costs to ensure that each bid is accurate and meets our customer's needs.
We also maintain strong relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers so that we, and our clients, have access to a team that is fully dedicated to meeting cost and timeline metrics established for each project.

Our crews are among the best in the industry. We hire and retain qualified electricians who know electrical infrastructure work. These craftspeople all take pride in doing their best work on each and every job.
Supervisors available for new projects include Operations Managers, Project Managers and General Foremen who each bring an average of twenty years industry experience. A majority of these team members have been with Elcon Corporation for over fifteen years and know the intricacies of managing complex projects.
Safety & Quality Control personnel are also in place for oversight on each job. We enter each project with both safety and quality control plans and team members receive regular safety training as well as tailgate talks to keep them apprised of jobsite conditions and changing industry standards.

As each job progresses, our Project Managers take a hands on approach that keeps them in contact with clients, suppliers and field staff and gives them the ability to anticipate client needs and adapt to new requirements and the challenges that inevitably occur during construction.

Because of our staff's breadth and knowledge, we can provide the right mix of capabilities and crew size as and when needed.
