It operates in Australia and New Zealand, Asia and the Middle East, America and Europe. Outside of Australia, activities are in the Hydrocarbons and Power segments. In October 2006, it announced the acquisition of the remaining 50% interest in its Australian power and water joint venture, Burns & Roe Worley Pty Ltd (BRW). In March 2007, it completed the acquisition of the Colt Companies, a Canadian design and project services business.
