Company Description:
By 1965 our customer base had expanded to include the Ohio Department
of Transportation, Armco Steel, and many of the paper mills and machine
shops in southwestern Ohio. In 1967, the company was incorporated and the name changed to SK Construction
Company. Marvin Keller was president and remained in this position until
he left the company in 1984 for health reasons. Dick Smith served as president
from 1984 until 1994. Dan Smith became president in 1994 and remains in
this position today.
