After working together as joint venture partners for more than a decade, Nordic PCL Construction, Inc. became a single entity when PCL acquired Nordic Construction, Ltd. PCL and Nordic first partnered in 1994 with great success on the construction of the design-build Hawaii Convention Center. Since then, we have teamed up on many other successful projects, including the Kahala Nui Senior Living Community, two phases for Marriott Vacation Club International's Ko Olina Beach Club timeshares, the Keola La'i Condominiums, and The Residences & Ritz Carlton at Kapalua Bay.
