The merger of the two business models, coupled with over 30 years combined experience resulted in what is today WestBurchell Inc.
The founders first venture together, Perspective Solutions Group, successfully serviced clients from 2001 to 2007. In October of 2007, PSG was acquired by a national staffing firm. The terms of the acquisition required Jamie and Andrew to remain with the firm for the next three years to transition and merge the operations. During that time, Jamie and Andrew were consistently two of the top producers in the firm, nationally.
