Hiring Aide is run primarily by Bruce Humphrey and Phaedra "Kohler" Humphrey. They have been actively involved in sourcing and recruitment for over twenty years combined. Their success has been founded in one simple philosophy "Customer Satisfaction." Bruce has been a successful proactive recruiter for over 20 years. At one time, he was responsible for staffing 15 "NEW" Midwest Branch Offices for one employer. Once staffed, that group of offices employed 525 managers, assistant managers, administrative staff, commissioned sales representatives and hourly employees. Those offices also went on to become the most productive offices in that company's operations, due in no small part to the quality of the hires. Over the last eight years Phaedra has focused on maximizing candidate traffic and talent management. She has been and is responsible for developing and maintaining a substantial database of highly qualified candidates. Phaedra has been extremely successful sourcing for a local nonprofit organization where she recruits, qualifies, and trains volunteers for the organization's "Special Projects." For several years Bruce and Phaedra have worked primarily in the AEC Markets where they have been responsible for recruiting Project Managers and Owner's Representatives. They have developed a passion for this market niche and now dedicate their business exclusively to AEC recruiting.
