Founded in 1953 by Alfred and Charles Bolton. Started with one truck and has served the funeral industry
in Northeast Tn, Southwest VA and Western NC with Wilbert brand products for the last fifty one years.
In 1978 Alfred Bolton took complete ownership and brought in his son Gordon. In 1984 Gordon purchased the company from his Father. Continued to focus on burial products and grow the business with expanded product lines. Gordon is presently owner and President with Jeanette Adkins as Office Manager, Benny Hughes as Operations Manager and Dick Stanton Sales Manager. Since 1984 the business has grown from eight employees to forty with the latest addition, the purchase of Chattanooga Wilbert Vault Co.
