Whether its on the commercial side of things with contractors needing to get their window installation projects done properly, or on the residential side of things where consumers and home owners want to make sure their contract work is being done as described, there was a genuine need for a durable and cost effective window coating detector, and that is what we at MLM Enterprises have come to provide.
Residential Customer Experience
One of the fastest growing markets for us is our residential consumer market. Our experience with residential customers has proven to us there is a real need for our product. Weve spoken to home owners whove spent tens of thousands on window projects only to realize no coating was installed on any of their new windows. We wanted to make sure this never has to happen to anyone again, and thats why were proud to provide our high quality window coating detectors at an affordable price.
Commercial Fabricator Experience
We first realized the need for our products within the commercial sector. Glass fabrication companies had only one or two expensive, several hundred dollars, coating detector units in their shops. These units had to be used by several individuals in many departments. Large low-e coating detectors were often misplaced by individuals so the customer resorted to methods that were not full proof. After talking to supervisors and managers of these facilities they wanted units that would be inexpensive so they could equip each employee that needed them with one of their own. The units needed to easily fit in a pocket and be resilent to the activity within the plant. The T.C.C. unit was born,
