FF&C is a Limited Liability Company formed by Steven Ferrie, David Franzmann, and David Carter as the parent company of four manufacturing entities: Metron, Metron Eledyne, TSSI, and ES&S.
Prior to forming FF&C, Messrs. Ferrie, Franzmann, & Carter comprised the Executive Management team of TWP, LLC which included the current FF&C companies as well as Tecknit EMI Shielding Products. After a successful divestiture of the Tecknit Division on behalf of TWP, FF&C was established to acquire the remaining TWP companies. In October of 2007, ES&S was added to the group of companies.
Combined, Messrs. Ferrie, Franzmann & Carter have over 70 years of engineered product manufacturing experience and along with the dedicated employees of the Metron, Metron Eledyne, TSSI, and ES&S companies, are committed to providing customers the most innovative, engineered product solutions in their respective markets.
