Tyler Bennett, founder and current President of Bennett Hardwoods Inc. started in the lumber business in 1961 and when he was joined by Bob Daniels in 1966 the Bennett Daniels Lumber Company took shape. Located in Central Wisconsin, Bennett Daniels Lumber Company continued in business until 1986 when Bob Daniels retired. At that point Bennett Daniels was sold and J. Tyler Bennett remained on as a consultant with the buyer for a period of two years.
