was manufactured and installed according to specifications.
K.S. Wood Products also guarantees its products and workmanship
to be free of defects for a period of one year from date
of installation. All hardware specified by the owner or architect
is covered by the manufactures warranty. K.S. Wood Products does not guarantee materials and workmanship
of products that have been modified or moved from its original
installation by people other than K.S. Wood Products. Damages
caused by water or unstable atmosphere conditions are not
guaranteed. K.S. Wood Products will not guarantee chips in
laminate products that have not been noted on a punch list
after the turnover of the project. K.S. Wood Products must be notified immediately of any products
damaged. If K.S. Wood Products is not notified, any further
damage caused will not be covered.
