Personalized Service
Al and Kimberlee Fleury along with Jim Marshall take pride in providing personalized servicein meeting their customer's needs. Kimberlee has over 12 years experience in the flooring business and specializes in design options and color selection. Jim who serves as the sales and operations manager has over 25 years experience in project management, sales and marketing. The one thing that is clear when you meet and work with the Fleury's Floor Covering Team is they give you the time and expertise to meet your needs.
Together, they take a consultative approach to meet with their clients in the store to discuss and explore design options, installation needs and any special requirements. Following the initial consultation, they will meet with you in your home to review samples in conjunction with the current decor, lighting and future plans. They will measure and inspect the area for any damage or special installation requirements. At this time an estimate will be prepared and upon receipt of your deposit, they will schedule the installation and order materials. Normally, the job will be completed within two (2) weeks or less.
