Plastic Fabricating is a custom fabricating shop making a wide and diverse range of plastic parts. We have been in business for fifty years. The materials we work with are acrylic, polycarbonate, ABS, styrene, HDPE, polypropylene, PVC, Kydex, Sintra, PETG, Teflon and other materials.
In 1946, Art Mendenhall began Regional Supply with four employees. In 1952, as business expanded, they created Plastic Fabricating to fill the secondary fabricating need of Regional Supply's customers. As the demand for fabricated plastic items continued to grow, so did our division. Plastic Fabricating now employs over 50 people in three specialty areas.
Plastic Fabricating started out with a panel saw, one oven and a few work tables to fill orders. Today, we utilize the latest fabricating equipment including a CNC saw, five and three axis CNC routers, vacuum and pressure forming machines, tow circulating hot air ovens, hydraulic presses, edge finishers and thirty-thousand square feet of manufacturing space. This equipment helps in creating a large range of plastic fabricated items.
Plastic Fabricating has evolved into a full service custom fabricating company that strives to meet the customer's varying needs. We utilize a large range of plastic products and manufacturing processes in one central location. We can handle orders of one piece cut to size to hundreds of display items, precision machined parts or large runs of vacuum or pressure formed parts.
