The on-line production programme at Dynamic incorporates a fully functional 'Total Quality System', ensuring minimum rejection and strict control over the massive daily production of trims, pads, head liners, soft hood, covers and all other products.

A hydraulic press shop for ensuring precision during large scale production, High Frequency welding plants for durable and strong PVC welding, Vacuum moulding plants for draping and skin formation requirements. High-speed lamination and perforation plants for manufacturing high quality head liners and other specified upholstery products.
A fully equiped tool room provides support for complete designing and tooling for specialised customer needs.
The entire production unit has 100% standby power generation capacity installed. Over the past five years Dynamic has successfully built up a complete network of vendors/suppliers enabling it to cater to all types of components' requirements
