ETC's technology has been proven as reliable, efficient and safe over many years of operation. In 2006 ETC became a self-sufficient company, operating as a joint venture between Urenco and Areva.
The ETC plant is located at Eunice in the southeast corner of New Mexico, and will employ approximately 60 people in 2008. The company is hosted by its customer: Louisiana Energy Services (LES).
Enrichment Technology US, Inc. (ET US) was created in 2005 and is fully dedicated to the activities linked to the construction of the new enrichment facility of LES, named National Enrichment Facility (NEF). ET US is in charge of the assembly, installation and commissioning of centrifuges and installation of related pipe work of the future NEF plant. The centrifuge components will be supplied by Enrichment Technology Nederland B.V. and Germany.
ET US is a 100% subsidiary of Enrichment Technology Company Limited.
