Grand Rapids Dominican Sisters Position Opening Director of Facilities Maintenance This full-time position will plan, direct, coordinate and supervise all maintenance activities for our facilities and grounds and ensure proper safety, sanitation and mechanical functions for all structures, systems, equipment and grounds of the Marywood campus and other properties of the Grand Rapids Dominican Sisters. Applicants should possess a bachelor's degree in an appropriate technical or management field; education and significant experience in fiscal and personnel management; facilities management and supervisory experience, including a demonstrated knowledge of work control, inventory control, and equipment maintenance techniques; a demonstrated familiarity with appropriate regulatory and safety requirements; experience in general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and basic construction; and strong interpersonal, communication (written and oral), computer and organizational skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish desirable.
