With the Town Centre nearing completion, the time has come to develop the master plan for the residential communities and beyond. Duany Plater-Zyberk (DPZ), a global leader in town planning and one of the pioneers of New Urbanism, has recently conducted a charrette to complete the master plan which incorporates homes, hotels, a marina and a 20 acre park. THE DEVELOPER Camana Bay's developer is Dart Realty (Cayman) Ltd. which was established in 1995 and has a portfolio of properties on Grand Cayman that are in various stages of development and operation. In addition to the Town of Camana Bay, this includes the development of a multi-phase luxury residential neighbourhood and providing property management services for 128,000 sq ft office park and 42,000 sq ft retail space on the waterfront in George Town.
