Supported by a loyal following of clients and collaborators, Studio K opened its doors with an exciting portfolio of projects. The Studio K team is designing Chicago-based projects with real estate powerhouse Sterling Bay. GT Prime, a new concept with Chef Giuseppe Tentori, continues Karens longstanding relationship with BOKA Restaurant Group. Studio K also continues to design Core Campus Hub projects across the country, redefining the student housing experience with refined layouts and finishes, exceptional amenities, and design features customized for each location. Drawing on this experience, Studio K is excited to elevate the hostel experience as they begin work on their first hostel, Urban Holiday. Studio K also continues to expand its presence nationwide with exciting projects.
