Wanting to produce World Class projects Mr. McElroy (M3A) recruited international talent to compliment his vision. M3A has distinguished itself with a socially and internationally diverse group of talented young men and women. Nationally, Mr. McElroy recruited from all the major HBCU schools of Architecture for the best talent.
This strategy paided off, M3A grew into the region largest A/E firm and completed some 50 projects successfully.
