Founded in 1989, BCA currently services over 50 public school districts throughout our four locations in the State of California. Our 45 member firm is currently engaged in over $800 million in educational projects throughout the State. BCA currently has five offices, headquartered in Downtown San Jose, with offices in San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles and Merced.
