The Facilities Department manages all facilities projects for all eight USC system campuses and repairs everything that breaks in the academic and research buildings on the Columbia campus except for computers and phones! We accomplish this with a professional staff of engineers, architects, craftsmen, business support staff, and administrative experts. We employ approximately 350 permanent and 100 temporary employees with responsibility to maintain, repair, and renovate the Columbia campuses.
