Whether you have a half-acre lot or a 1,000-acre tract of land, ACS will provide you with top-of-the-line technical services to achieve your vision. At the same time, we allow you to determine how much, or how little, input that you provide to the project. Our staff of planners, engineers and surveyors is as adept at providing the finishing touches on your pre-planned ideas as they are at starting with a clean slate. Established in July 2002 by Scott F. Easter, PE, and Daniel M. Early, PE, ACS DESIGN is a full service Engineering, Surveying, Planning, Landscape Architecture and Construction Management firm that was started with the desire to provide clients with professional services incorporating both design and construction experience into projects which were effective, aesthetically pleasing and cost effective.
