At that time, majority of the projects were in The Woodlands and Spring area. In1988, the firm changed its name to R & T Architects, Inc. and moved the office to City of Houston in order to better serve the Greater Metropolitan Area. The firm is lead by Spencer Tsui as the Principal in charge.
